The Posner Foundation of Pittsburgh is pleased to announce the promotions of Naomi Morris to Program Officer and Hana Uman to Senior Program Officer, reflecting the foundation’s continued investment in staff leadership of its program strategies.

Since joining the foundation in 2023, both Naomi and Hana have taken on increasing responsibility across grantmaking, strategy, trustee engagement, and relationship management — helping strengthen the foundation’s ability to support grantees, advance program strategies, and deepen community partnerships.

Naomi Morris has been promoted to Program Officer in recognition of her work spanning multiple programs and foundation operations. In her new role, Naomi will assume expanded leadership of the foundation’s Education program, including increased responsibility for grantmaking activities and program strategy development. Over the past year, Naomi has deepened the foundation’s partnerships in the education field both regionally and nationally, better positioning the foundation for the next stage of this work.

Hana Uman has been promoted to Senior Program Officer in recognition of her leadership across multiple program areas and growing strategic responsibilities. In addition to continuing to lead the foundation’s Environment program and manage the Jewish Life program, Hana will take on expanded responsibilities supporting trustee-led initiatives and shaping program strategy through deeper engagement with trustees, grantees, and partners. Hana’s leadership has strengthened the foundation’s operations, trustee engagement, and external partnerships while helping position the foundation as a stronger partner across multiple fields.

“Both Naomi and Hana have helped to shape the foundation’s strategies, operations, and culture,” said Anne Marie Toccket, Executive Director. “These promotions reflect the leadership, enthusiasm, and contributions they bring to our work every single day.”
