Naomi Morris

Program Associate

Naomi Morris (she/her) is originally from Boston, MA, and has lived in PA for ten years. Prior to joining the Posner Foundation, she analyzed state legislation for Common Cause PA, implemented an advocacy grant program for Movement Labs, registered voters in historically underrepresented neighborhoods with VEEEM, and volunteered on many political campaigns. She has worked for several nonprofits in Pittsburgh performing program management, database administration, event planning, communications, and volunteer management. Naomi has an M.S. in Public Policy & Management from Carnegie Mellon University and a B.A. in Law & Policy from Dickinson College. She is proficient in French and has previously lived for years in France and Switzerland. Naomi is a certified Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for youth in the foster care system and was previously a member of the Pittsburgh ACLU’s Young Leadership Team. She enjoys biking, camping, gardening, and taking her cats on walks around her neighborhood.
